With its innovative, variably extendable stabilising rail, it enables fast and precise cutting. This is ideal for conjuring up patterns and fine contours in the pumpkin flesh.
Safety comes first. The universal knife and the stabilising bar allow you to apply targeted pressure to the back of the blade for better control of the cut without the risk of injury from unintentional bending or breaking of the blade. This is especially important when carving pumpkins with children.
Safety advice: Please do not let children or adults ever work on the pumpkin without special cut-resistant gloves! The blade is very sharp and accidents, e.g. slipping, happen quickly! Use cut-resistant gloves whenever you work with knives!
The KNIPEX CutiX® universal knife is reliable and durable. With a robust magnesium housing that is as light as plastic but as strong as die-cast aluminium, it fits comfortably in the hand. With a length of 165 mm and a weight of only approx. 111 g, it is ergonomically designed to enable firm and non-slip gripping as well as comfortable holding.
In addition, the universal knife comes with high-quality snap-off blades and has two spare blades in the handle drawer that can be changed without tools. It is suitable for standard 18 mm high blade shapes, whether smooth, wavy or with hooks.
