The new four-mandrel crimping pliers for DEUTSCH contacts from KNIPEX (97 52 67 DT) makes it easy to crimp all turned pin and socket contacts in the DEUTSCH series from TE Connectivity with high precision. Their capacity ranges from 0.35 mm² to 3.0 mm² (AWG 22 - 12). The ergonomic design of the special crimping pliers enables effortless work with reduced manual force.
The new four-mandrel crimping pliers from KNIPEX enables high-precision crimping of all turned pin and socket contacts of the DEUTSCH series from TE Connectivity thanks to the ergonomic design with significantly reduced manual effort. Their comprehensive capacity ranges from 0.35 mm² to 3.0 mm² (AWG 22 - 12). An optimum crimping result with eight indentations (4/8 indent) is achieved by the synchronous positioning of the four crimping mandrels. A universal locator facilitates flexible adjustment of all contact lengths. The selector positions for setting the crimp depth can be clearly read on the pliers.
Consistently high crimping quality and process reliability are ensured by the integrated forced locking mechanism with emergency release. The optimised opening width of the four-mandrel professional crimping pliers, comfortable two-component handles and a significantly reduced manual force due to lever transmission make it easy to use. In addition, a quality inspection to check the calibration is possible using optionally available, high-precision ground Go gauges (97 59 67 1) and NoGo gauges (97 59 67 2).
The 230 mm long four-mandrel crimping pliers is supplied packed in a cardboard box with a printed cardboard slipcase including operating instructions (DE, EN, FR, ES).
